| Comments: | Dear Kiwanis Club of New London- First of all, I want to congratulate our new President, Tom Moriarty ( or Pres-Elect? ) on his newest venture and I am sure he will be a shining star in the Kiwanis Stellar System! Also, I want to thank Bob for the outstanding achievements in our club, even despite his health issues. Even though I have not made many meetings, I read about all of you and smile at all the fantastic accomplishments in the community. That being said, I want to apologize for my lack of attendance and communication since the early Spring. I have been the POA for my mother, who has Alzheimers ( beginning stages and progressively going downhill )and have been battling with lawyers, Reverse Mortgages, family issues that have just sapped me emotionally. I feel I have to delegate my time to her solely and I sincerely hope to be able to join ranks with you again when I can stabilize her life. Thank you all for being so understanding.
